Terms Of Service

  • Payment first. For writing commissions, this may be the estimated minimum sum of the finished work or an adherence.

  • Commissions may take a couple days up to 2 months to complete. This time frame is for the sake of quality assurance and my own mental health, such as the freedom to work on personal projects.

  • In the case that a commission can't be completed, commissioner will be notified and refunded (please note that any justification is not owed or mandatory).

  • I work diligently to make all commissions as satisfactory as possible. If the commissioner is unhappy with the final product, however, there will be no refund, though an offer to make changes for additional pay might be made (sum will depend on extend of the changes).

  • Work-in-progress (such as sketches) may be requested.

  • If the commission is suitable for posting to any social media platforms of mine, commissioner may be notified to tell whether they want to be mentioned or not. If unresponsive for more than a week, commission will be posted with commissioner mentioned as anonymous.

  • It's advised to look for the creation date by signatures for pieces of the Sample section. Some are included to showcase rendering styles (may be numbered) and might be slightly outdated for showing all-around skill.

  • A basic outline of the things meant to be portrayed must be provided.

  • After transaction, commissioner may freely use the art commission(s) as icon, banner or reposted on their account. If published, preferably with credit, as additional exposure does help get artists like me more work!

  • Do NOT feed a commission to an AI.

  • Do NOT redistribute a commission for profit. This includes reselling or presenting the commission as your own!
